Week 36: Be kind to your body

Do you ever feel stressed, weighed down with worries and concerns, at your wits’ end? Times when your body aches and your mind doesn’t seem to stop spinning? Perhaps iy’s time to step aside and take a rest. To bring attention to the breath, to the body, to THIS. Not to fix or solve or confront, but to gently enter into the truth residing deep inside of your heart.

Here’s a soothing meditation by Ajahn Brahm, an English-born monk in the Thai forest tradition who lives in Australia. Set aside half an hour, put up the “don’t disturb” sign, sit or lie down, and . . . just listen.
